Sheffield Building
Location

The building is located within the city limits of Atoka, Oklahoma. Its physical address is 1803 S. Mississippi. Mississippi Street is also US Hwy 69/75, a major north/south thoroughfare between Mexico and St. Louis.

The building is currently unoccupied.

Dimensions

The total square footage of the building is 31,800 sq. ft. It is 120' x 265'. The inside ceiling height is 13 feet.

Land Acreage

The building site on 4.83 acres of land. The land has been entirely converted with an asphalt parking lot.

Utilities

All necessary utilities, electricity, natural gas, telephone, and Water/Sewer are in the building. T-1 internet capacity is also available to the building.

Airpark Building
Location

The building is located on US Hwy 75 and State Hwy 3 next to the Atoka Airpark. The building is approximately one mile west of US Hwy 69, a major northwest transportation artery for the United States.

Dimensions

The building is 100' x 100' or 10,000 sq. ft. and has been recently remodeled. The newly-constructed office space is 100' x 21' or 2100 sq. ft. The total size of the building is 12,100 sq. ft. with 18 ft. sidewalls. The building has a truck-well for unloading transports and also a ground-level overhead door for loading and unloading smaller vehicles. The entire area is surrounded by a chain-link fence for security purposes. The rear area of the building is entirely paved.

  • Electricity is provided by Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO).
  • Natural Gas is provided by Center Point Energy.
  • Water and sewer is provided by the City of Atoka.
Telecommunications

ISDN switching is available in Atoka. ISDN is delivered via the SBC network and its carriers are MCI, AT&T and Sprint.
