Mayor: Charles A. McCall III
In the banking business for over sixteen years, Mr. McCall was elected to the City Council in April, 2004 and elected Mayor the following year. A fourth generation banker, Mayor McCall is the President of AmeriState Bank. He is a 1992 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in finance and a minor in economics. In 1993 Mayor McCall graduated from the OU State Nursing Home Administrator's school and from Colorado's Graduate School of Banking in 2000. Mayor McCall is active in civic and banking organizations in the state and community and is willing "to serve others, rather than to be served."
Vice-Mayor: Mr. Randy Daniel
Mr. Daniel, an independent businessman, was elected to the City Council in April 2004. He has owned and operated Donnie's Paint and Body Repair for the last ten years and prior to that Mr. Daniel was in the framing and dairy industry for twenty-seven years. Having previously worked for the Atoka City Parks and Recreation Department, he brings a unique perspective to the City Council. Mr. Daniel is very involved in city improvements and economic development efforts.
Member: Ms. Elizabeth Frazier
Ms. Frazier is the senior member of the City Council, having been elected for the first time fourteen years ago. Ms. Frazier graduated from Atoka High School and studied two years at Murray State College, Tishomingo, Oklahoma before finishing her business administration degree at the Kiamichi Technology Center. Active in community affairs, Ms. Frazier served eight years as a judge for the Atoka County Election Board and four years on the Atoka Planning and Zoning Commission, prior to being elected to the City Council. As a longtime servant of the citizens of Atoka, she emphasizes "fairness for all."
Member: Mr. Bob Frederick
Mr. Frederick was appointed to the City Council in June 2005. Mr. Frederick holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University's School of Pharmacy. Mr. Frederick has owned and operated the RX Shoppe pharmacy in Atoka for twenty-seven years. Although new to the City Council, Mr. Frederick is not afraid to get involved and brings a new and independent voice for the citizens of Atoka to city government.
