The Atoka City Industrial Development Authority owns two industrial sites, INDUSTRIAL PARK I and INDUSTRIAL PARK II. PARK I is designated for "heavy" industry, re: distribution centers, large manufacturers,etc. PARK II is designated for "light" industry and would include small manufacturers , service centers, office complexes, etc.
INDUSTRIAL PARK I
Location
- The Park is located adjacent to US Hwy 69 in the northern portion of the city. It is five minutes from the intersection of State Highways 3 & 7.
- The Park is 120 miles north of the Dallas/Ft.Worth Metroplex and approximately 550 miles north of Laredo, Texas.
Size
- The Park contains a total of 160 acres of which 120 acres are available for development.
Infrastructure
- Rail Service is available to the Park from a main line of the Union Pacific Railroad.
- Hard surfaced, paved roads lead into and throughout the Park.
Utilities
- Electricity is provided to the Park by Public Service Company of Oklahoma (AEP/PSO).
- Natural Gas is available from Center Point Energy.
- The City of Atoka provides water and sewer service to the Park.
Telecommunications
- ISDN switching is available in Atoka. ISDN is delivered via the AT&T network and its carriers are MCI, AT&T and Sprint.
- Fiber Optic Networks are available in Atoka and can be provided to the Park.
- Local telephone service is provided by AT&T.
INDUSTRIAL PARK II
Location
- The Park is located on US Hwy 75 and State Hwy 3, one mile west of the intersection of US Hwy 69 and State Hwy 3.
Size
- The Park contains a total of 40 acres of which 27 acres are available for development.
Infrastructure
- Hard surfaced, paved roads lead into and throughout the Park.
Utilities
- Electricity is provided to the Park by Public Service Company of Oklahoma (AEP/PSO).
- Natural Gas is available from Center Point Energy.
- The City of Atoka provides water and sewer service to the Park.
